When you use RenderSgnl we collect the data necessary to operate the product:

• Account: your email address, display name, plan, and billing identifiers.
• Renders: the images you upload and the images we generate from them.
• Usage: timing and status of your generation jobs, credit ledger entries, and basic analytics about which features you use.

How we use it

• To provide the rendering service you requested.
• To bill you and process payments via our billing provider.
• To improve performance and reliability of the service.
• To send transactional email related to your account.

What we share

We share data only with the third-party services we depend on to run RenderSgnl: our hosting provider, our database provider, our AI inference provider, and our billing provider. We do not sell your data.

Render ownership

You own the renders you generate through RenderSgnl. We retain a copy of your input and output images so you can access them from your dashboard. You can delete renders at any time from your account.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. After deletion we retain billing records as required by law. You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
