Account

To use RenderSgnl you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RenderSgnl to:

• Generate imagery you do not have the right to create.
• Generate imagery depicting real persons without consent.
• Generate sexually explicit imagery, imagery depicting minors, or imagery designed to mislead viewers about real-world events.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our prompt templates, model weights, or pricing logic.

Credits and refunds

• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and reset at renewal — they do not roll over.
• Top-up credits never expire.
• Failed renders refund the credits used within five seconds of the failure.
• We do not refund subscription fees for partially used months. Cancel any time and your subscription credits remain available through the end of the period.

Output ownership

You own the rendered images you generate through RenderSgnl. We grant ourselves a non-exclusive license to display anonymized renders in marketing materials only with your explicit opt-in.

Service availability

We make best efforts to keep RenderSgnl available 24/7. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Liability

RenderSgnl is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
